This expansive session brought together a wide array of local government units and agricultural engineers to harmonize mechanization data with provincial and city agricultural goals.

Institutional Attendance: Mr. Julian Geolingo (Supervising Agriculturist, SRA-Visayas South), Mill District Officers from La Carlota, BISCOM, San Carlos, MA-AO, and Sonedco-Dacongcogon.

Government & LGU Partners: Officials from DA-RAED, the Provincial Agriculture Office, and the City/Municipal Agriculture Offices of La Carlota and La Castellana.

Private & Cooperative Sector: A large contingent of stakeholders, including ENFARCO, EMDECO, V-Land Corporation, MIARBA, and various Hacienda owners (Najaluran, Carmen, San Benito, etc.).
