The final leg of the validation circuit focused on the Negros Oriental mill districts, emphasizing the integration of local policy with technical resource mapping.

Institutional Attendance: Mr. Julian Geolingo (SRA-Visayas) and Mill District Officers from BAIS and Tolong.

Local Governance: Representatives from the Provincial Agriculture Office of Negros Oriental and officials from Bayawan City, including Councilor Luis J. Sumalpong.

Stakeholder Participation: Diverse participation from organizations such as BMBB Cooperative, BUFIA, MOCPFAMCO, LARBEMCO, and SCYCIP, among others.
