Designed to conduct a comprehensive survey of all machinery and implements utilized in sugarcane production nationwide, this initiative serves as a vital complementary project to the ongoing DOST-PCAARRD funded M3DAS program.
Formal Commencement and Strategic Partnership
On October 22, 2024, the M3DAS team attended a high-level inception meeting at the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) headquarters in Quezon City. This meeting served as the official launch of the project, highlighted by several key developments:
Official Notice to Proceed: The formal signing of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) signaled the transition from planning to active implementation.
Institutional Alignment: The session solidified the collaborative framework between the M3DAS team and the SRA, ensuring a unified approach to field evaluation.
